Cesia and Kuba Zaifman of Toronto. Pictured in Germany in the late 1940s, Kuba is originally from Kurowenki. Cesia is from Chmielnik. Kuba's skills as a tailor helped him garner better work assignments. He was in Hasag's ammunition factory in Kielce, with Bela and Regina Garfinkel. Cesia was in many of the same camps as Sonia and Helen Garfinkel, starting with Hasag's ammunition factory in Skarzysko-Kamienna, then Bergen-Belsen and Turkheim.
